On March 17, Q Productions Las Vegas had the opportunity to open Rockwell Automation’s event at Caesars Forum with a moment that quickly turned into one of the highlights of the evening.
The performance began as a high-energy Photon Krew routine, building anticipation with synchronized LED choreography and music. But just as the audience settled into the spectacle, the unexpected happened—when the lights came up, Sidney Sollazo, Senior Vice President of North America Market, was revealed standing center stage in a full light suit as part of the performance.

What followed was a seamless integration into the routine, leading into a perfectly timed switch that completed the “CEO reveal” moment. The transition felt effortless, but behind it was careful planning, precise timing, and detailed coordination between performance, staging, and technical elements.
The audience reaction was immediate. Surprise turned into excitement as the reveal landed, setting the tone for the rest of the event and creating a memorable opening that connected directly with the crowd.
Moments like this are a reminder that when live performance is thoughtfully designed, it can do more than entertain—it can tell a story, elevate a message, and create an experience that people talk about long after the event is over.
At Q Productions Las Vegas, these are the moments we aim to create.
